Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the communication from the Lion's Club regarding the Fourth of July celebration be received and filed. Motion carried. Moved by Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dusel the application r of Edward Lopes for electrical contractors permit be granted. Motion carried. C. L. Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets presented,affidavit of posting notice of public works under Resolution of Intention No.L-60 and upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman Dusel and duly carried, it was ordered filed. Councilman Stafford, seconded by Councilman Dusel offers the following resolution and moves its adoption.
