I <br />I <br />the lines of Ebener Street hereinbefore described. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 17th day of March, 1930, by the following vote: <br />e Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing <br />Resolution, Councilmen: Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, <br />W.J.Dusel, C.J.Hildebrant, P.A.McCarthv, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing <br />Resolution, Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Council -men: G.W.McNulty. <br />H. Dimmitt, presented plans and specifications for the <br />improving of portions of Ebener Street, whereupon Councilman Hildebrant, <br />seconded by Councilman Dusel offered the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, PROFILES AND SPECIFICATIONS NO.M-2. <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, that the plans, <br />profiles, detailed drawings and specifications for doing <br />the following work and making the following improvements <br />in said City, to -wit: <br />That Ebener Street from the southeasterly line of <br />the roadway of Roosevelt Avenue to the northwesterly <br />line of the roadway of Oak Avenue, including all inter- <br />sections, terminations and opposite terminations or <br />portions thereof within the lines and limits of said <br />Ebener Street hereinbefore described, be improved as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />(a) That the hereinbefore described street tie graded <br />for the full width thereof and for the length hereinbefore <br />mentioned, excepting however a strip thirteen and one-half <br />(132) feet in width on each side of the centerline'thereof <br />which is now paved. <br />(b) That cement concrete combined curbs and gutters <br />be constructed on both sides of the hereinbefore mentioned <br />street, the curb portion of said cement concrete combined <br />curbs and gutters to be six (6) inches across the top and <br />eleven (11) inches deep and the gutter portion of said <br />cement concrete combined curbs and gutters be eighteen <br />(18) inches wide and to be six °('6) inches thick next to <br />the pavement and five (6) inches thick next to'the curb and <br />said cement concrete combined -curbs and'gutters to be built <br />and constructed at one time so that there shall be no joint <br />between the curb and gutter, provided, however, that a <br />three (3) inch base or cushion of broken stone shall be <br />placed under all cement concrete combined curb and gutter to <br />be constructed as herein provided. <br />That cement concrete combined curb and gutter of the <br />size and dimensions herein provided, be constructed upon <br />all corners of the intersecting and terminating streets <br />within the lines and limits of that portion of Ebener Street <br />hereinbefore described; excepting however the corners of <br />Ebener Street and Roosevelt Avenue, and provided further <br />that a three (3) inch base or cushion of broken stone shall <br />1'73 <br />
