l <br />mil <br />said Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. M-4, as provided by law. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City, at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of April, 1930, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: W.J.Dusel, C.J.Hildebrant, P.A.McCarthy, G.W.McNulty, <br />D.R.Stafford, Z.T.Thorning, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent, Councilmen: NONE. <br />H. BEEGER <br />Mayor of the City of nedwood City. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Thorning, <br />the claims approved by the Finance Committee were allowed and <br />ordered paid. <br />Upon motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dusel, it was <br />moved that the Council adjourn sine die. <br />B. E. MYERS <br />City Clerk <br />At the subsequent reorganization meeting Councilman Dusel, seconded by <br />Councilman Hildebrant nominated for Mayor Daniel R.
