<br />Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman McNulty offered the following resolution
<br />and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS; PROFILES AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. M-8
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California, that the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />for doing the following work and making the following improvements in said City to -wit:
<br />That Chestnut Street. to the Ctty on 'file in the office of the Clerk
<br />of Redwood City from ,the north-
<br />of the City of. Redwood City, and
<br />easterly -line of Heller Street
<br />the 'same ie made a part' hereof
<br />northeasterly to the southwesterly
<br />-' -
<br />line of the, Middlefield Road and
<br />from the northeasterly line of the
<br />Middlefield Road northeasterly to
<br />the 'southwesterly line of Stam-
<br />baugh Street and, also that por-
<br />tion of,the' Intersection of Chest•

<br />patent license agreement of Con-
<br />crete Curing Inc. ,dated the -2nd

<br />,SND YMEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has submitted and
<br />filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications a map or plat
<br />showing the assessment district of lands benefited by the work and improvements herein
<br />described, which map or plat is entitled "Hap Showing Assessment District under Resolution
<br />of Intention Ido* U-8".
<br />AND 'JHEREP.S, the map or plat showing said assessment district benefited by the
<br />work and improvements herein described has been examined by and is satisfactory to said
<br />Council.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, be it further resolved by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City that the map or plat showing the assessment district benefited by the work and
<br />improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled "Map Showing the 'Assessment
<br />District under Resolution of Intention No, 19-8", be and the same is hereby adopted and
<br />approved and said Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described
<br />work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and will affect
<br />and benefit the lands and district shown on the hereinbefore mentioned map'or plat
<br />entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No, P4-8", which
<br />district described and shown on said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the
<br />district benefited by said work and improvements; and said Council further determines
<br />and declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements shall be
<br />and are hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed upon said lands and
<br />district shrn7n on said map or plat herein mentioned, which district is within the
<br />limits of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City,
