<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, that the -
<br />official elevations for the street grades of said streets and avenues hereinbefore mentioned,
<br />crown grades, curb grades and grade elevations for top of gutters be changed and grades
<br />different from those established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said City
<br />of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by
<br />this resolution shall be adopted, and.such official and different and prior grades shall be
<br />modified and are hereby modified and changed so that the official grades shall be and con-
<br />form to the official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and
<br />specifications adopted by this resolution, which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and
<br />specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City.
<br />All of the work and improvements herein described shall be done and made to the new
<br />official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />adopted by this resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />reference is hereby made for a description of the grades at which said work is to be -done
<br />and said improvements made and the same are made a part hereof. All grades between
<br />points as shown on said plans, profiles and detailed drawings shall be a straight line.
<br />All such grades and elevations herein established are in feet and decimals thereof
<br />above the City Base of the City of Redwood City.

<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the streets and avenues herein
<br />mentioned and described, and the width of the roadways of said streets and avenues, and
<br />the width of the sidewalks of said streets and avenues are to be and are as shown upon
<br />the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the 16th day of June, 1930, by the following vote:

<br />AND VlHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has submitted and
<br />filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications a map or plat
<br />showing the assessment district of lands benefited by the work and improvements herein
<br />described, which map o.r plat is entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution
<br />of Intention No. M-9".
<br />AND VMEREAS, the map or plat showing said assessment district benefited by the waork
<br />and improvement herein described has been examined by and is satisfactory to said Council.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, be itfurther resolved by the Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />that the map or plat showing the assessment district benefited by the work and improvements
<br />herein described, which map or plat is entitled "Map Sjiowing the Assessment District under
<br />Resolution of Intention No. 1I-9", be and the same is hereby adoptedand approved and said
<br />Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work and improvements
<br />are of more than local -or ordinary public benefit and will affect and benefit the lands
<br />and district shown on the hereinbefore mentioned map or plat entitled "Map Showing Assess-
<br />ment District under Resolution of Intention No. M-9", which district described and shown
<br />on said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work
<br />and improvements, and said Council further determines and declares that the entire costs
<br />and expenses of said work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against
<br />and shall be assessed upon said lands and district shown on said map or plat herein
<br />mentioned, which district is within the limits of the City of Redwood City, County of Son
<br />Mateo, State of California.
