<br />WHEREAS, said .plans,.pr.afiles,,..detailed drawings. andn.specifications map showing ass.. 25
<br />dssment district for. the work and improvements herein described are satisfactory to said
<br />Council:
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California, that the plans,profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />for the work and improvements herein mentioned and described, submitted and filed as afore-
<br />said,be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as and for the plans,profiles, detailed
<br />drawing and specifications for said work and making said improvements.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the map
<br />or plat s#owing the assessment district benefited by the work and improvements described
<br />herein and shown on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and spectfications herein by this
<br />resolution adopted, which map or platiis entitled,"Map Showing Assessment District under
<br />Resolution of Intention No. L-2, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and said
<br />Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work and improvements
<br />are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and will benefit the lands and district
<br />shown on the hereinbefore mentioned map or plat, entitled 'Map Showing Assessment District
<br />under Resolution of Intention leo. L-2,11which district described and shown on said map or plat
<br />said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements,
<br />and said Council further determine and declares that the entire cost and expense of said
<br />work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargable against and shall be assessed
<br />upon said lands and district shown on the map or plat herein mentioned, which district is
<br />within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Califorrnia.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the off-
<br />icial elevations for the street grades of Said streets hereinbefore mention, crown grades
<br />curb grades and grade elevations for top of gutters be charred and grades diferent from those
<br />established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said Town of Redwood City
<br />of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution shall
<br />be adppted by this resolution shall be adopted, and such official and different and prior
<br />grades shall be modified and are hereby modified and changed so that the official grades so
<br />that the official grades shall be and conform to the official grades as shown on said plans,
<br />profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution are now on file
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, All of the work and improvements
<br />herein described shall be done to the new official grades as shown on said plans, profiles,
<br />which
<br />detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution, to/plans, profiles, deta-
<br />iled drawings and specifications reference is hereby made for a describtion of the grades
<br />atrWhidh work is to be done and said improvements made and the same are made a part hereof.
<br />All such grades and elevations herein established are in feet decimals thereof above the
<br />Town Base of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the street herein mention and described
<br />and the width of the roadways of said streets, and the width of the sidewalks of said streets
<br />are to be and are as shown upon the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and soecifications
<br />adopted by this resolution.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting
<br />thereof held on the 4th day of February, 1929, by the following vote:
<br />' Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen,
<br />Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, H.A.Beeger.
