A. Dontanville bid $4,576.23. Upon motion of Councilman <br />Dusel, seconded by Councilman Hinman the matter of award was held over until July 28th <br />at 8 P.M. <br />-----M-9----- <br />Affidavits of posting and publication were ordered filed upon motion of Councilman McNulty, <br />seconded by Councilman Beeger. <br />w. A. Dontanville was the only bidder for this work also, the amount being $4,943.87 and the matter <br />Of.aVD1-d was laid over until July 28th at 8 P.I.I. and the City Yanager instructed to get <br />in touch with Mr. Dontanville to see if he understood about the City furnishing one-half <br />of the cement on this job. <br />----- M-1 ----- <br />Councilman <br />1 ----- <br />Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption; <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGM1 OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. M-1, AND DESIGNATING Nh17SPAPER. <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, that the diagram of the assessment dis- <br />trict under Resolution of Intention No. lf.-1, passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on the 3rd day of March, 1930, as <br />said diagram has been prepared by C. L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent <br />of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 21st day of. July, <br />1930, be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assess- rT <br />ment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention <br />No. ll -1, which Resolution of Intention No. M-1 is now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and to which reference <br />is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redti'tood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said <br />City of Redwood City be and the same is hereby designated as the <br />newspaper in which to publish the "NOTICE OF FILING STREET ASSESSMIT <br />AND OF TINE FIXED FOR HEARING THEREOF" and the "NOTICE OF FILING UNPAID <br />ASSESSMIT LIST AND OF TIME FIXED FOR HEARING THEREON" for the work <br />done under said Resolution of Intention No. M-1 of said Council here- <br />inabove referred to herein. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of July, 1930, by <br />the following vote: <br />• Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H. A. Beeger; W. J. Dasel, C. J. Hildebrant, E. B. Hinman, <br />G. W. McNulty, D. R.
