<br />Councilman Dusel, seconded by Councilman TIoNulty, offered the following resolution
<br />and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTIOI4 APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER'
<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 11-20 AND DESIGNATING NZ11SPAPER.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California, that the diagram of the assessment dis-
<br />trict under Resolution of Intention No. M-2, passed and adopted by the
<br />Council of the City of Redwood City on the 17th day of March, 1930,
<br />as said diagram has been prepared by C. L. Dimmitt, Street Superinten-
<br />dent of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 21st day of July,
<br />1930, be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assess-
<br />ment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 1.:-2, which Resolution of Intention No. I1-2 is now on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and to which reference
<br />is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, County of San tlateo, State of California, that the Redirood City
<br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said
<br />City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the
<br />newspaper in which to publish the "NOTICE OF FILING STREET ASSESSMENT
<br />AND OF TWE FIXED FOR "HEARING THEREON" and the "NOTICE OF FILING UNPAID
<br />ASSESSMENT LIST AND OF TIME FIXED FOR HEARING THEREON" for the work
<br />done under said Resolution of Intention No. M-2 of said Council here-
<br />inabove referred to herein.
<br />Passed and adopted by the C6uncil of the City of Redwood City
<br />at a rogular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of July, 1930, by the
<br />following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,
<br />Councilmen: H. A. Beeger, W. J. Dusel, C. J. Hildebrant, E. B. Hinman,
<br />G. 17. McNulty, D. R. Stafford.
<br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution,
<br />Councilmen: NONE.
<br />Absent: Councilmen: P. A. McCarthy.

<br />Mr. W. A. Brown of the Peninsula Paving Company addressed the Council in regard to
<br />using Warrenite for this job but after considerable discussion no change was
<br />made.
<br />Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the following resolution
<br />rescinding Resolution of Intention 14-11 and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the.City of Redwood City that Resolution
<br />of Intention Ido. M-11, passed and adopted by the Council on the 7th day of July,
<br />1930, together with all proceedings thereunder, be and the same are hereby
<br />cancelled, annulled and set aside.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a
<br />regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of July, 1930, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution,'Councilmen:
