RESOLVED, that said Council of the City of Redwood City hereby <br />rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned <br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said <br />improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to -wit: <br />W. A.
