RESOLVED, that said Council of the City of Redwood City hereby <br />rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned <br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said <br />improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to -wit: <br />W. A. DONTANVILLE, at the prices named in his bid. <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this <br />award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, <br />printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, and hereby <br />designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at the hour of 10:30 o'clock A.U. at a regular adjourned meeting thereof <br />held on the 11th day of August, 1930, by the following vote:_ <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, E B Hinman, G W McNulty„ D R Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NOPE. <br />Absent: Councilmen C J Hildebrant, P A McCarthy. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: <br />B E Myers <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />1930. <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 11th day of August, <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />IUpon motion of Councilman Beeger, seconded by Counoilr-:an McNulty, the meeting adjourned <br />i1I <br />u <br />to August 18th, at 8 p m. <br />7j <br />B.
