<br />Said assessment shall refer to said lots, pieces or subdivisions of
<br />land upon said diagram by the respective red ink numbers thereof, and
<br />shall show the names of the owners, if known, otherwise designating
<br />them as unknown.
<br />All the work and improvements herein provided for shall be done
<br />and made according to that certain act of the Legislature of the State
<br />of California entitled "An Act to Provide for the Planting, Protection,
<br />Maintenance, Removal and Change of Trees, Shrubs, Plants and Grass
<br />Along and in Public Streets, A enue, Lanes, Alleys, Courts, Places
<br />and Pathways within Municipalities, and Providing a method for the
<br />Assessment of the Costs and Expenses Thereof", approved June 7, 1915s,
<br />together with amendments thereto.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October, 1930, by f
<br />the following vote:

<br />A letter was received from the Planning Commission approving the re -subdivision of
<br />Lot 1, Block 17, Central Park No. 1, into three lots and upon motion of Councilman
<br />McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty, and carried, the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission was approved.
<br />Resolution No. 388 of the Fresno City Council, relative to day light saving was on
<br />motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman, laid on the table.
<br />Letter from the San Mateo County Fall Flower Festival was received and filed.
<br />Application of the Atlas Electric and Engineering Corporation for a permit to do
<br />electrical work, enclosing check for Twenty -Five 025.00) Dollars and bond,
<br />was on motion of Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman Dusel, and carried,
<br />granted.
<br />Upon motion of Councilman Hinmen, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, and carried, the;
<br />City subscribed Fifty ($50.00) Dollars to the San Mateo County Fall Flamer
<br />Festival.
<br />Application of Jesse J. Wardell for a dance permit for October 18, and the
<br />application for a dance permit for the Fire Department for October 25, were on
<br />motion of Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman Dusel, and carried, granted.
<br />Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the reports of
<br />the Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Water Department,
<br />and Police Department, were received and filed.
<br />The matter of Wilson Fox Farm again came before the Council upon its request for Mr.
