3213 <br />Wilson's appearance and after considerable discussion on the matter, during which <br />a petition signed by about forty five people was presented to the Council by <br />Mr. Wilson, it was on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hilde- <br />brant, moved that the permit heretofore granted to Mr. Wilson for the operation of <br />his fox farm, be revoked as of march 31, 1931. Said motion was carried by the <br />following vote: Ayes - Councilmen Beeger, Dusel, Hildebrant, Hinman, McNulty, <br />McCarthy and Stafford. Noes: Councilmen - None. Absent: Councilmen - None. <br />Upon motion of <br />Councilman <br />Mollulty, seconded by <br />Councilman Beeger and <br />carried, the City <br />Clerk was <br />instructed <br />to advertise for bids <br />for the construction <br />of a fence in <br />front of the new corporation yard on Chestnut Street. <br />Upon motion of Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, and carried, the <br />City Engineer was instructed to make a preliminary survey and recommendations <br />relative to the extension of Main Street to the Bayshore Hi&my. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Dasel, the sum of One <br />0 <br />Hundred ($100.00) dollars was appropriated to pay the expenses for a draftsman <br />9 for the work in cnnnection with future parks and playgrounds in Redwood City. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hinman and carried,. the sum <br />of Three Hundred ($300.00) dollars was advanced to the Commission for the Widening <br />and Opening of Hudson and May Streets; said sum to be re -paid when said proceedings <br />are completed. <br />I; <br />Upon motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dusel, and carried, the claims <br />presented were ordered paid. <br />Upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, and carried, the <br />Council adjourned. <br />William J.
