Following this, Councilman McNulty, <br />seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, offered the following resolution requiring <br />abatement of nuisance (weeds) Resolution of Intention N-4: <br />RESOLUTION REQUIRING TF.E ABATEI-YNT OF NUISANCE <br />q9 WEERFAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on the <br />23rd day of march, 1931, pass and adopt Resolution Declaring Nuisance <br />No. N-4, in which Resolution it was declared that noxious or dangerous <br />weeds were growing upon all the streets, avenues, roads, boulevards, <br />highways and sidewalks in said City of Redwood City, which weeds are of a <br />kind which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and v. -ill attain such <br />large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and that said weeds <br />constitute a public nuisance. <br />AND WHEREAS, after the passage of said Resolution Declaring <br />
