390 <br />Nuisance No. N-4 the Street,Superintendent of the City of Redwood City <br />duly and regularly posted notices of the passeae of.said resolution <br />in time, form, manner and number as required by lean. <br />AND WHEREAS, at the time fixed in said notices and in said <br />resolution when objections to the removal of'suoh weeds will be.heard <br />and given consideration by the Coundil.of said City of Redwood City, <br />no objections of any kind were made against the removal of such weeds, <br />and sola Council now having acquired'jurisdiction thereon= <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that the Superintendent of Streets of said city be and he is <br />hereby ordered and directed to abate the nuisance existing as specified <br />in said Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. N-4, as provided by law. <br />Passed and adopted by the Cquncil of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof hgld on the 6th day of April, 1931, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, r A McCarthy, <br />Geo W McNulty, D.R 'Stafford. <br />Noes and -against the'passage of the foregoing resolution. S. Lincoln <br />covering paroel•of ground to be used for street purposes. Councilman Beeger, <br />seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the following resolution accepting <br />deed for this property from Romana L. and Wm. S. Lincoln: <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br />hereunto annexed deed, dated the 2nd day of April, 1931, and made <br />between ROTIANA LINCOLN And WILLIAM S.
