<br />by Councilman Dusel, permission was given to build such a building with the understanding that
<br />it would be removed within three years.
<br />H. Weiner of Morris & Winer, asked permission to divide Lot 11, in Block 3, Oak Knoll Manor,
<br />into three parcels in accordance with plat presented. He was assured it would be satis—
<br />factory provided the tank house was removed (on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by
<br />Councilmen Dusel). !
<br />Lawrence A. DeRosa addressed the Council concerning his claim for services and after hearing
<br />his explanation the claim was ordered paid on motion of Councilman Lambert, seconded by
<br />Councilman McCarthy.
<br />In connection with the claim of Dr. Peddicord, the Clerk was requested to ask the Doctor to
<br />file his claims at least quarterly.

<br />Application of The Turner Company of San Francisco for electrical license was granted, on

<br />motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Lambert, subject to approval of
<br />bond by the City Attorney.
<br />The Rosa Cavalli matter, previously referred to the Building Inspector, was laid over to

<br />Hare, Brewer & Clark, submitted a preliminary map showing subdivision of property formerly

<br />owned by the Peninsula Electric Railway, between Harrison and Lexington Avenues, and

<br />requested permission to construct paving, curb and gutter on the north half of Harris m

<br />Avenue in conformity with pavement already laid on Harrison, also the construction of
<br />18 feet of macadam paving on Lexington from Arch to Birch Streets, including the

<br />intersection at Arch, and Birch, and the construction of sanitary sewers on Harrison

<br />and Lexington Avenues according to plans and specifications to be prepared by the City
