It was suggested <br />that perhaps it would be a good plan to lay the matter over for a short time and have <br />someone appear before the Citizens) Advisory Board. However, the matter was put to vote <br />and the Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 4 to j vote as follows: For the a.(ioption, <br />Councilmen Jones, McCarthy, McNulty and Lambert.
