18 <br />precinct s'.are'fixed and established by Ordinance No- 369 of the City of Redwood <br />City, which ordinance was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City on the 3rd day of February, 1936, and is now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to which reference is here- <br />by made and the same is made a part hereof. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No. 1 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 1, 2 and 3 as established by <br />the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at No. 2326 Broadway (Justice's <br />Court Room) in said City of Redwood City, and the inspector shall be INEZ FELTON <br />and the..Judge shall be JEWEL HAWTHORNE and the clerks shall be DORA WILSON and <br />DORA KINKEAD. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No. 2 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 4, 5 and 6 as established by <br />the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the residence of Mrs. <br />Lillian Eikerenkotter, No.. 409 Stambaugh Street in said City of Redwood <br />City, and the inspector shall be ED. B. HILLEBRAND and the judge shall be <br />MAMIE GLENNON and the clerks shall be MARTHA ROHR and KATIE GRECO. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No- 3 (which is_a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 7 and 8 as established by the <br />County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the Casaretto Building at <br />the corner of the Woodside Road and Oxford.Street-in said City of Redwood <br />City, and tha inspector shall be KENNETH MURRAY and the judge shall be MRS. <br />LEONIE E. SCHMIDT and the clerks shall be EUGENE FAU and LOUIS J. SCAFIDI. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No. 4 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 9, 10 and 11 as established <br />by the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the residence of <br />William Schimpf, No. 467 Lincoln Avenue in said City of Redwood City, and <br />the inspector shall be BERTHA E. CAWTHRON and the judge shall be LARS P. <br />LARSEN,and the clerks shall be MARY SCHIMPF and EMMA EARS. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No- 5 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 12, 13, 14 and 15 as estab- <br />lished by the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the residence <br />of Charles Rooney, 237.Jackson Street, in said Qity of Redwood City, and the <br />inspector shall be MARY B. McCLEARY and the judge`shall be JENNIE ALLEN and <br />the clerks shall be ALMA THOMPSON and GRACE HATZENBEHLER. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No. 6 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 16, 17 and 18 as established <br />by the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the residence of <br />N. W. Hill, 228 Fulton Street, formerly the residence of Mrs. James -S. <br />Irving, in said City of Redwood City, and the inspector shall be PHILIP <br />OWEN and the judge shall be CAROLINE SAUSSET and the clerks shall be ROZELLE <br />E. MOSSMAN and IDA ZIMMERMAN. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct No. 7 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 19, 20, 21 and 22 as established <br />by the County of San Mateo) the polls shall be held at the Club House of the <br />Redwood City Women's Club, on the northeast side of Clinton Street between <br />Hopkins Avenue and Broadway in said'City of Redwood City, and the inspector <br />shall be LEONARD. S.. TENNEY and the Judge shall be MARY GIBSON and the clerks <br />shall be MARY A. DONNELLY and FRIEDA J. PAUL. <br />In Redwood City Municipal Election Precinct N9. 8 (which is a <br />consolidation of Redwood City Precincts Nos. 23 and 24 as established by <br />the County of San Mateo) the polls shall "be held at the office of the Walter <br />Realty Company on E1 Camino Real at.the corner of Wellesley Avenue in said <br />City of Redwood City, and the inspector shall be CORA TUCKER and the judge <br />shall be CHRIS 5TILLESON and the clerks shall be MARY E. WARNER and PEARL <br />MORRIS. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City,'and said Council does hereby determine and find that the places here- <br />inbefore mentioned are suitable and proper places for holding said general <br />municipal election and are the polling places where elections are usually <br />held, and the several persons appointed officers as aforesaid have been <br />found and are hereby declared to be qualified for their respective positions <br />as required by law, and they are hereby appointed such officers to conduct <br />such election and to constitute said Boards of Election, and said Boards <br />of Election and such election officers shall conduct and are hereby directed <br />to conduct said general municipal election as by law and this resolution <br />provided, and to canvass the votes to be given and cast at said election <br />and to make and deliver returns thereof to the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />i <br />AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City shall meet at their usual place of meeting in the Fire House on Middle- <br />field Road„at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the Monday following.the.day <br />of said election to canvass said returns and declare the result of said <br />general municipal election. <br />
