Mr. Paul was to be
allowed expense money, of course, and was also empowered, where necessary, to
offer a payment of $10.00 for the execution of the quit claim deed. This on
motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Jones.
i The City Attorney was asked to work up the details of the procedure in connection with
the "in lieu" tax.
On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, the City Manager was
authorized to go ahead with the construction of the convenience station at the
playground, corner of Middlefield and Chestnut. On motion of Councilman Fletcher,
seconded by Councilman McNulty, it was decided to name this playground the
I
"Chestnut Street Plavzrcuncl a
j The departmental reports were ordered filed.
The approved claims were ordered paid on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by
i; Councilman Hohn.
I
Adjournment.
i
I City Clerk
i
I
BEM:HAS
I
W7
