M <br />f <br />such survey. <br />City Manager, Rolison, was given permission to leave the state on motion of Councilman McNulty, <br />seconded by Councilman Jones. <br />The City Engineer presented a claim from the San Mateo County Title Company for $150.00 as its <br />insurance on twenty—five parcels included in the Emerald Lake project from which, however, <br />a credit of $54.46 was deducted because of County taxes previously paid. The Council ap— <br />t <br />proved the payment of the balance, $95.54. <br />Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered for adoption a resolution estab— <br />lishing grades at the four corners of the 20—ft. alley adjoining the new postoffice site. <br />Unanimously carried. <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Jones, Mayor Dusel and Councilman <br />Lambert were appointed as -a committee to select and recommend persons in Redwood City who <br />should participate in the distribution of commissions from city insurance and to report <br />back to the Council at the next meeting. <br />The City Clerk was asked to communicate with the Greyhound lines and also the Railroad Commission <br />concerning the schedule of busses through Redwood City. <br />Police Chief Collins reported that he had investigated concerning the application of Tony Giraldes <br />to have license at 2303 E1 Camino Real, now held in the name of Santiago E. Calaor, trans— <br />ferred to Nick Bustillo and on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, <br />permission was granted to transfer the license. <br />The approved claims were ordered paid on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Jones. <br />Adjournment. <br />BEM:MR <br />0 <br />City Clerk <br />
