354 <br />u <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING <br />(HELD AT THE CITY HALL) <br />REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 13, 1937 <br />8:00 P. M. <br />Upon roll call the following Councilmen were present: Councilmen L. C. Christensen, <br />J. M. Eva, E. A. Fletcher, R. 11. Jones, G. W. McNulty, Mayor Paul A. McCarthy, <br />and City Clerk B. E. Myers; absent, Councilman Wm. Hohn. <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded -by Councilman Eva, a permit was granted <br />to the Club Modelo of Redwood City with the Italian Democratic Club to hold a <br />dance at the Foresters Hall, on December 31, to 1 A. M., January 1. <br />Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, proposed the adoption of resolution <br />adopting budget and approving Memorandum of Agreement for Expenditure of 1/4 <br />Cent Gas Tax Allocated for Streets of Major Importance and directing the City <br />Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of said city. Unanimously carried. <br />On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman Jones, the Council accepted the <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Valota Road as submitted by the <br />City Engineer. <br />On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the meeting was ad- <br />journed. <br />City Clerk <br />BEM:HAS <br />'0' <br />
