<br />The Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed
<br />to post a notice of said work and improvements, together with the plans,
<br />profiles, detailed drawings and specifications therefor, conspicuously for
<br />five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of said City
<br />of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and
<br />making the improvements ordered herein. Said City Clerk is also ordered
<br />and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids
<br />and referring to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />posted or on file for the period required by law in the Redwood City Tribune,
<br />a daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation published, printed
<br />and circulated in the City of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that
<br />purpose by the Council of said City.
<br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly
<br />opened, examined and declared by the Council of said City of Redwood City
<br />at the hour of SfOO o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 29th day of August, 1939."
<br />Councilman .Anderson, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, proposed the adoption of the
<br />following Resolution. Carried.
