Report of the special auditor, Lawrence Scudder & Company by their resident partner, C. G. Uhlenberg, was read and, on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, was ordered filed with the understanding that the provisions in the report relating to operation at the Port be carried out. Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, moved that the Affidavit of the Publication in the Redwood City Tribune of Resolution of Intention No. 1938-6 be filed, following which Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Anderson, proposed adoption of resolution shown hereinafter, Pqe VII) which carried.
