54 <br />necessary to meet the claims against it. <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty, and carried, the City Manager <br />was authorized to sign the contract between the City and W. J. Tobin for the construction <br />of the Emerald Lake Reservoir and Pipe Line Project.
