�t MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 63 1939 9:00 P. M. Upon roll call the following were present: Councilmen H. F. Anderson, E. A Fletcher, Wm. Hohn, R. N. Jones, P. A. McCarthy, G. W. McNulty, Mayor L. C. Christensen, and City Clerk B. E. Myers. The minutes of the meeting of January 16 and special meeting of January 23 were approved on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Anderson. The City Attorney submitted diagram of assessment district under Resolution of Intention No. 1939-5 together with resolution approving said diagram. Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson, proposed the adoption of resolution. Carried. Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson, proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 419 changing the set -back line on Hopkins Avenue between Arch and Birch St. Carried. Ordinance No. 420 regulating signs, signboards, and sign devices intiraiuced on the 16th of January, 1939, was passed and adopted on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Anderson. Councilman McCarthy, seconded. by. Councilman Fletcher, proposed adoption of resolution accept- ing deeds for the following lots being taken over by the City. Grantor Description Lot Block J. E.
