�t <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 63 1939 <br />9:00 P. M. <br />Upon roll call the following were present: Councilmen H. F. Anderson, E. A Fletcher, Wm. <br />Hohn, R. N. Jones, P. A. McCarthy, G. W. McNulty, Mayor L. C. Christensen, and City <br />Clerk B. E. Myers. <br />The minutes of the meeting of January 16 and special meeting of January 23 were approved on <br />motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Anderson. <br />The City Attorney submitted diagram of assessment district under Resolution of Intention No. <br />1939-5 together with resolution approving said diagram. Councilman Fletcher, seconded <br />by Councilman Anderson, proposed the adoption of resolution. Carried. <br />Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson, proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 419 <br />changing the set -back line on Hopkins Avenue between Arch and Birch St. Carried. <br />Ordinance No. 420 regulating signs, signboards, and sign devices intiraiuced on the 16th of <br />January, 1939, was passed and adopted on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by <br />Councilman Anderson. <br />Councilman McCarthy, seconded. by. Councilman Fletcher, proposed adoption of resolution accept- <br />ing deeds for the following lots being taken over by the City. <br />Grantor Description <br />Lot Block <br />J. E.
