<br />Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, moved that the City
<br />Collector In the City Hall on Mid-
<br />dlefleld Road between Main Sfreet
<br />and Jefferson Avenue in said City
<br />of Redwood City.
<br />At the time and place fixed for
<br />said intended sale, If no redemption
<br />of said property to be sold has been
<br />effected according to law all right
<br />of redemption shall cease, and the
<br />City Collector will sell said prop-
<br />erty as aforesaid at the time fixed
<br />therefor, or at any time not more
<br />than three (3) months thereafter.
<br />All bids shall be delivered to the
<br />City Collector either by mail or left
<br />at her office between the Hours of
<br />9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p,m, on week
<br />days and 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon
<br />on Saturdays,
<br />Bids for said property shall be
<br />either in cash or upon terms and
<br />all bids shalt be in writing and if
<br />Upon terms the bidder,shall specify
<br />the terms upen which he proposes
<br />to purchase any of said property
<br />advertised as aforesaid that he de-
<br />sires to purchase. All bids upon
<br />terms shall be accompanied by at
