x:32 <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 15, 1940 <br />8:00 P. M. <br />Upon roll call the following Councilmen were present: H.F. Anderson, E.A. <br />Fletcher, Wm.Hohn, R.N. Jones, P.A. McCarthy, G.W. McNulty, Mayor <br />L.C. Christensen, and City Clerk B.E. Myers. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of'April 1 were approved on motion of <br />Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McNulty. <br />The City Manager submitted report concerning the construction of sidewalks <br />in Central Park, and in view of the urgency and desirability of having <br />sidewalks laid, he recommended that steps be taken at once to have the <br />work done, indicating an estimated cost to the city of approximately <br />$4,000. On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman <br />McNulty, it was therefore ordered that the City Engineer prepare plans <br />and specifications for the work. <br />Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Jones, proposed adoption of <br />County <br />resolution accepting tax deed from the /Tax Collector for the follow- <br />ing property.
