;211 <br />The City Attorney reported that he had had difficulty reaching Judge McNutt <br />concerning final papers on the Friendly Acres Annexation, but thought <br />it quite likely that he would have a definite conclusion of the matter <br />by the next meeting. <br />i In connection with House Resolution advocating scrap iron depositories in <br />3 <br />- cities, the City Manager explained that there was no good place for it <br />in Redwood City other than at the Corporation Yard and that he had had <br />i <br />no requests for any thing of that kind. The Press was asked to give <br />notice of the possibility of depositing scrap iron at the Corporation <br />i <br />Yard, and the matter held in abeyance temporarily. <br />, <br />On motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Christensen, the City <br />Treasurer was instructed to transfer from the General Fund, immediately <br />1 after the adoption of the budget, $6,365 to the bank account of the Port <br />i <br />of Redwood City. <br />i <br />The City Manager filed the official budget for the ensuing fiscal year, but <br />{ <br />{ consideration was deferred until the next meeting. <br />The departmental reports were ordered filed. <br />The approved claims, Nos. 6595 to 6644, were ordered paid on motion of Coun- <br />1 oilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Werder. <br />On motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Werder,.the Council <br />adjourned to 10:00 A.
