248 <br />The matter of condemnation proceedings on old buildings was, after discussion, <br />held over until the next meeting, and the Health Department, City Attorney <br />and Fire Chief were, on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Council- <br />man Fletcher, instructed to submit written reports relative to the build- <br />ings in question. <br />Mayor Anderson announced that in accordance with the provisions of the ordin- <br />ance establishing a Personnel System for the City, a Board of Review con- <br />sisting of three members must be appointed by the Council. <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McNulty, and carried, <br />Robert Littler was appointed a member of the Board of Review.. <br />On motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, and carried, <br />Thomas Cutting was appointed a member of the Board of Review. <br />On motion of Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, and carried, <br />Earle Clegg was appointed a member of the Board of Review. <br />Mayor Anderson stated there was a vacancy on the Board of Library Trustees, and <br />on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, and carried, <br />Louis Jenkins, Jr. was appointed a member of the Board of Library Trustees <br />for the unexpired term of the late 0. K. irlhi.ttenberg. <br />It was reported by the City Collector that sums of money collected by C. H. Holt <br />in connection with real estate transactions and apprently not paid to the <br />City Collector's office, were as follows: <br />L. M. Beer - Lots 19, 20, 21, Central Park 15.00 <br />J. Krebs - Block 2, West of McKinley 15.00 <br />Antonia Solette; Portion of Lot 1, Block 10, <br />Oak Knoll Manor; 15.00 <br />Portion of Lot 7, Lenolt 50.00 <br />E. Steineer 10.00 <br />L. H. Billings 40.00 <br />Carl Johnson 60.00 <br />W. J. Leslie 10.00 <br />8215.00 <br />On motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, the <br />above amounts were ordered paid and deducted from any commission which <br />may be now due or may hereafter become due to C. H. Holt. <br />Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, proposed the adoption of <br />a resolution accepting a quit claim deed from Carl H. Fritschen and Sophie <br />M. Fritschen in connection with Lots 19 and 20 in Block 14, Central Park. <br />Carried by unanimous vote of the Councilmen present. <br />The following resolution was adopted on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded <br />by Councilman Werder, and carried by unanimous vote of the Councilmen <br />present.. <br />U <br />I <br />
