Werder. <br />City Attorney Mansfield advised that in his opinion it was not advisable or <br />G' necessary at the present time to institute condemnation proceedings in <br />connection with the proposed bond issue for the purpose of acquiring <br />Butcher Field and other recreational facilities.., <br />i Councilman F1etcYier, seconded by Councilman Keliul'ty, proposed the adoption of <br />a 'resolution accepting a quit claim deed from W.
