X08 <br />Work time for truck drivers'shall be reckoned by the half day and full <br />day. Overtime for truck drivers and tractor drivers at the rate of time <br />and one half after the regular time, regardless of climatic conditions. <br />Work time for laborers shall be reckoned by the half day and full day. <br />Overtime for laborers at the rate of time and one half for the first four <br />hours, after first eight, and between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. all time <br />thereafter double time. <br />Working time for 'tractors drivers and engineers shall be reckoned by <br />the half day and full day. Overtime at the rate of double time after eight <br />hours, also on all holidays, when on road or street construction. <br />Work time for all other crafts shall be reckoned by the half day and <br />full day except in case of inclement weather or incompetence when time shall <br />be reckoned by the hour. Overtime for all other crafts to be one and one <br />half times the rates hereinabove described. <br />Overtime for cement finishers double the regular rate. <br />.Overtime shall be reckoned by the hour or half hour except as other- <br />wise noted. <br />Men ordered to report for work for whom no employment is provided shall, <br />be paid for two hours' work at the rate applying to the job. <br />All foremen shall receive $1.00 per day minimum above the highest rate <br />paid laborers over whom they have supervision. <br />The foregoing schedule of per diem wages is based upon a working day <br />of eight hours except as other wise noted. <br />The hourly wage rate prescribed hereinabove is the per diem rate di- <br />vided by the aforementioned number of hours constituting a working day. <br />The above schedule�of wage rates is the general prevailing rate of <br />per diem wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which <br />the -work described above is to be performed. <br />Rates for legal holidays, Saturdays and Sundays shall be double the <br />hereinbefore described rates. Holidays falling on Sunday shall be observed <br />on the following Monday. <br />Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, <br />Admission Day, Armistice Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
