r� 343 <br />c� <br />' <br />Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McNulty, proposed the adoption of <br />�a <br />the following resolution: <br />"RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br />Superintendent of Street's of said City be and he is hereby ordered and <br />directed under the provisions, of'the ordinances of said City regulating <br />such matters to cause to be erected an arterial stop sign at the fol- <br />lowing street intersection in said.City, to -wit: , <br />On the northwesterly curb line of Center Street at the,north- <br />easterly property line of Murray Court. <br />Any person violating any of the provisions of this resolution <br />by failing to stop at said stop sign mentioned herein shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in the ordinances of said <br />City regulating such stop signs and authorizing the passage of this <br />resolution. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August, 1941, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen L.C. Christensen, E. A. Fletcher, F. D. Granger, <br />G. W. McNulty, W. M. Werder, and H. F. Anderson. <br />Noes and against the passage of'the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen None. <br />Absent: Councilmen H. W. Edmonds. <br />H. F. Anderson <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City" <br />Carried by unanimous vote of the councilmen present. <br />On motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded -by Councilman Werder; claim of Law- <br />rence Scudder &.Co, in the amount of $59..50 for preparation of statement <br />of application of funds for the Port of Redwood'City was ordered'paid. <br />Departmental reports were ordered filed,. <br />Approved claims aggregating $6,705.84 were ordered paid on. -motion of Councilman <br />McNulty, seconded by Councilman Werder. <br />Adjournment to August 11, 1941, 10:00 A.
