Christensen, <br />E. A. Fletcher,, F. D. Granger, G. W. McNulty, W. M. Werder, Mayor <br />H. F. Anderson, and City Clerk C. W. Eltringham; absent; Councilman <br />H. W. Edmonds. Also present were City Manager C. L. Dimmitt, City <br />Attorney.Albert Mansfield, City Collector Nelle L. Miramontes, Chief <br />of Police C. L. Collins, Chief of Fire Department M. E. Ryan; Building <br />Inspector L. M. Duncan, and Superintendent of Parks Roger Walsh. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of September 15, 1941, were approved <br />on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Christensen. <br />Request of the Redwood City Bus Line, ,for permission to discontinue tickets - <br />providing for 16 rides for $1.00, and issuing in lieu thereof, tickets <br />providing.for"14 rides for #1.00, was approved on motion of Councilman <br />Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Christensen. <br />The Junior Matrons of the Community Church in San Carlos were granted per- <br />mission to hold a rummage 'sale on October 10 and 11 at 886 Main Street, <br />Redwood City, on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman <br />Fletcher. <br />There was read•and ordered filed a letter from George McQueen, publisher of, <br />the Burlingame Advance, thanking the City for its order for advertising <br />space in the eleventh annual San Mateo County Fiesta edition. <br />I <br />11 <br />� LI <br />
