ANDERSON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City, <br />The City Engineer submitted plans and specifications covering the work to <br />be done under Resolution of Intention No. 1941-3, and on motion of <br />Councilman Christensen, seconded by Councilman Werder, the following <br />resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />°RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, PROFILES, SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND MAP OR PLAT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1941-3 <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, that the plans, profiles, de- <br />taileddrawings and specifications for doing the following work and <br />making the following improvements in the City of Redwood ,City, to - <br />That the northeasterly side of E1 Camino Real between Man- <br />zanita Street and Charter Street and also the southwesterly side <br />of said E1 Camino'Real between Lincoln Avenue and Center Street <br />be improved by being graded and having constructed thereon and <br />therein cement concrete sidewalks four (4) inches thick and five <br />(5) feet wide, said sidewalks to be laid upon a base or cushion of <br />sand at least two (2) inches in thickness and of full width of said <br />sidewalks; and that cement concrete combined curbs and gutters be <br />constructed within the limits above described on both sides of E1 <br />Camino Real. <br />t <br />There is hereby excepted from the hereinbefore described work <br />and improvements any parts thereof that is already done to the line <br />and grade as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications mentioned <br />herein, as prepared by C. L. Dimmitt, City Engineer of said City of <br />Redwood City and submitted this 20th day of October, 1941, be and the <br />same are hereby adopted as and for the plans, profiles, detailed draw- <br />ings and specifications for said work and improvements described herein. <br />AND,WHEREAS, said City Engineer has submitted and filed with <br />said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications, a,map or <br />plat showing the assessment district of lands benefited by the work <br />and improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled "Map <br />Showing Assessment District under Resolution of -Intention No. 1941-3°. <br />NODI, THEREFORE', BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City that the idap or plat showing the assessment district <br />benefited by the work and Improvements: -,herein described, which map or <br />plat is entitled °Idap Showing Assessment District Under Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1941-311 be and the same is hereby adopted and approved <br />and said Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing <br />described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary <br />public benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district <br />shown on the hereinbefore mentioned map or plat, which district des- <br />cribed and shown on said hereinbefore mentioned map�or plat said <br />Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work <br />and improvements; and said Council further determines and declares <br />that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements -shall <br />be assessed upon said lands and district shown on said map or plat <br />herein mentioned, which district is within the limits of,the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California. <br />
