ANDERSON Mayor of the City of Redwood City, The City Engineer submitted plans and specifications covering the work to be done under Resolution of Intention No. 1941-3, and on motion of Councilman Christensen, seconded by Councilman Werder, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: °RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, PROFILES, SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP OR PLAT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1941-3 RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the plans, profiles, de- taileddrawings and specifications for doing the following work and making the following improvements in the City of Redwood ,City, to - That the northeasterly side of E1 Camino Real between Man- zanita Street and Charter Street and also the southwesterly side of said E1 Camino'Real between Lincoln Avenue and Center Street be improved by being graded and having constructed thereon and therein cement concrete sidewalks four (4) inches thick and five (5) feet wide, said sidewalks to be laid upon a base or cushion of sand at least two (2) inches in thickness and of full width of said sidewalks; and that cement concrete combined curbs and gutters be constructed within the limits above described on both sides of E1 Camino Real. t There is hereby excepted from the hereinbefore described work and improvements any parts thereof that is already done to the line and grade as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications mentioned herein, as prepared by C. L. Dimmitt, City Engineer of said City of Redwood City and submitted this 20th day of October, 1941, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans, profiles, detailed draw- ings and specifications for said work and improvements described herein. AND,WHEREAS, said City Engineer has submitted and filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications, a,map or plat showing the assessment district of lands benefited by the work and improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of -Intention No. 1941-3°. NODI, THEREFORE', BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the idap or plat showing the assessment district benefited by the work and Improvements: -,herein described, which map or plat is entitled °Idap Showing Assessment District Under Resolution of Intention No. 1941-311 be and the same is hereby adopted and approved and said Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district shown on the hereinbefore mentioned map or plat, which district des- cribed and shown on said hereinbefore mentioned map�or plat said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements; and said Council further determines and declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements -shall be assessed upon said lands and district shown on said map or plat herein mentioned, which district is within the limits of,the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California.
