<br />Resolution providing for an amended agreement covering the one-quarter cent
<br />gas tax on State highways was unanimously passed and adopted by roll
<br />call of the councilmen present.
<br />The following four easements were duly accepted and ordered recorded by
<br />unanimous roll call of the councilmen present:
<br />1) "RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br />hereunto annexed easement dated the 1st day of December, 1941, and
<br />made between Luella D. Mudersbach and tfilliam H.,Mudersbach,-wife and
<br />husband, the parties of the first.part, and the City of Redwood City,
<br />a municipal corporation in the County of San -Mateo, 'State of California,
<br />the party of the second part, be and the same is hereby accepted by the
<br />City of Redwood City, and the Clerk of said City ls-hereby authorized
<br />and directed to have said easement recorded in the office of the
<br />Recorder of the County of San�Mateo, State of California."
<br />The property id described as "A strip of land ten (10).feet in
<br />width across Lots 21 3, and 4 in Block 1, Friend Industrial Tract, the
<br />northerly line of which is the Building Set Back Line parallel with
<br />and fifty (50) feet distant from the northerly line of Bayshore High-
<br />way, as said lots, block, Building Set Back Line and Bay'shore Highway
<br />As shown on the map of "Friend Industrial Tract" filed for record
<br />December 31, 1940, in Book 23 of Maps at page 33 in the Recorder's
<br />office of San Mateo County, State of California".
<br />2) "RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br />hereunto annexed easement dated thendt. day of `Decemisen 1941, ad
<br />made between Joseph Bagrash and .Myra,.Bagrash;, husband,'and: ,w,ife,;, the
<br />parties of the first .part, and the Qity ,of Redwood City, a municipal
<br />corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, second
<br />party, be and the same is hereby accepted by the 'City of Redwood City,
<br />and the Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and directed to have
<br />said easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California."
<br />The property is described as "A strip of land ten (10) feet in
<br />width across Lot'5., 'Block 1, Friend Industrial Tract, the northerly
<br />line of which is the Building Set Back Line parallel with and fifty
<br />(50) feet distant from the northerly line of Bayshore Highoray,_as
<br />said lot, block, Building Set Back Line'and Bayshore Highway is shown
<br />on the map of "Friend Industrial Tract" filed for record December 31,
<br />1940, lt., Book 23 of Maps at page 33 in the Recorder's office of San
<br />Mateo County, State of California".

<br />hereunto annexed easement dated the 21st day of November, 1941, and
<br />made between L. C. Macabee and Katherine L. Maoabee, his wife,, the
<br />parties of the first part, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal
<br />corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, the party
<br />of the second part, be and the same -is hereby accepted by the City of
<br />Redwood City, and the Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and di-
<br />rected to have said easement recorded in the office of the Recorder
<br />of the County of San Mateo, Stata of California.",
<br />The., property is described as "A strip of land ten(10) feet in
<br />width across Lot S., Block 2, Friend Industrial Tract, the northerly
<br />line of which is the Building Set Back, line parallel with and fifty
<br />(50) feet distant from the northerly line of Bayshore Highway, as said
<br />lot, block, Building Set Back Line and Bayshore Highway are shown on
<br />the map of "Friend Industrial Tract"'filed for record December 31, 1940;
<br />in Book 23 of Maps at page 3� in the Recorder's office of San Mateo
<br />County,.State of California.

<br />made between Arno L. Kanitz and Pearl C. Kanitz, husband and wife, the
<br />pa37ties•of the first, part, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal
<br />corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, the party
<br />of the second part, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of
<br />Redwood City, and the Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and di-
<br />rected to have said easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of
<br />the County of San Mateo, State of California.
