"AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Monday the 19th day of June, 1939, at the hour of 5:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Council Cham- ber of the Council of the City of Redwood City in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of the City of Red- wood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1939-4, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings referred to herein. The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper published, printed -and circulated in said City of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council of the City of Redwood City, as the newspaper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as required by law, and the Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said newspaper twice as required by law. The Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City shall cause notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention to be posted in time, form, manner and number as required by law.
