Councilman McNulty stated that on Maple Street a lot back of the Garden City Products <br />Company needed cleaning. Councilman Britschgi concurred in Councilman McNulty's <br />remarks, stating that the lot definitely needed cleaning. The City Manager <br />agreed to make a report -on it. <br />Councilman Granger questioned the city paying the insurance premium for the Yacht <br />Harbor, stating the Port Commission, -in -his opinion, was responsible. City <br />Manager. Mead stated that the city maintains the Yacht Harbor and receives any <br />revenue .from it. <br />Councilman Granger suggested that the City Manager look into the possibility of <br />establishing setback lines on Pennsylvania Avenue, stating that such setback <br />lines would clean up the street and also make a wider street. Qouncilman McNulty <br />jstated that the right of way has to be kept open under terms of agreement with <br />the Southern Pacific. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman McNulty, <br />1 that the matter be referred -to the Planning Commission, <br />Claims No. 4]:09 to 4.171 in the amount of $7,750.17, were approved and ordered paid on <br />t ' <br />F motion of Councilman McNulty, -seconded by Councilman Fletcher.
