There was some discussion as to whether or not this location was within the business district. After determining that i it was by referring to the zoning ordinance and map, Councilman Britschgi moved; seconded by Councilman Anderson, that the permit be granted. Motion passed unanimously. Communication was received from Carl R. Wahlstrom AMAH'3/c, USNR., attached to i Moffett Field, in regard to' -accident between his motorcycle and a Redwood City Park maintenance truck, asking that the city pay for the towing and repair of , his motorcycle. Councilman Fletcher moved that the letter be referred to the insurance company and that Mr. Wahlstrom be advised that the city denies .any liability, seconded by Councilman Armstrong.
