100 <br />i <br />t <br />I <br />WHEREAS I cArta.in property described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached <br />and made a part hereof, consisting of lug lots or portions of lots, more <br />or less, having bee n deeded for delinquent taxes.a.nd assessments to the <br />State of California, it will be to the advantage of the City of Redwood <br />City to enter into an agreement with the County of San Mateo under the <br />provisions of Division 1, Part '6, Chanter 8, of the Revenue and Taxation <br />Code of the State of California, for the proration of the purchase price <br />of said lots, the price to be determined after the City of Redwood City <br />shall have obtained purchasers for .any lot, lots, or portions of lots, <br />described in said exhibit.
