Councilman Anderson moved, seconded by.Councilman floc <br />I <br />Nulty that City Treasurer be authorized to transfer $400 from the un- a <br />budgeted reserve to general fund to cover this expenditure. Resolution <br />passed unanimously on roll call, <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF PORTION OF UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO SPECIAL <br />AUDITING ACCOUNT. <br />RESOLVED that the sum of $400.00 be and it is hereby authorized to <br />be transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to Special <br />Auditing Account to cover the expense of preparing 1945-46 Budget: <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a, regular meeting thereof held on <br />the 17th day of September,. 1945, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution: - <br />Councilmen: Anderson, Armstrong, Britschgi, Fletcher, Granger, <br />McNulty and Hilton. <br />Noes and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution: <br />Councilmen: None <br />Absent: Councilmen: None. <br />Councilman Britschgi inquired if all city employes were now living in the city. <br />Mayor Hilton replied he had not j <br />Y p yet received a report on this matter, and <br />there being no objection, it was carried on the agenda until next meeting. <br />Councilman Britschgi inquired why Redwood City was supplying water to Conway & <br />Culligan subdivision south of the city limits. City Collector Yiramontes <br />' I <br />replied that while she did not know that this was being done, she assumed <br />it was for use during construction, and that meter on Canine property <br />which is served by Redwood City, was being used. <br />Complaint was made by Councilman Fletcher regrrding rooster crowing- in his neigh- <br />borhood at 1 Duane Street. Councilman Armstrong moved, seconded by } <br />j; <br />Councilman Britschgi, that the Police Department be instructed to abate <br />the nuisance.
