City Clerk Dodge res instructed to write the Sportsine ns, Club calling attention to the old sheds near the Frank Tannery, requesting thet situation be corrected. Armstrong, Carl Britschgi, Floyd D. Granger, George W. McNulty, Mayor W. 1. Hilton, and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also present were City Attorney Paul A. McOaxthy, Police Chief C. L. Collins, Fire Chief M. E. Ryan, City Collect Nelle L. Miramontes, Building Inspector Laurie Duncan., Charles Randlett and Street Supt. L. Winter. Absent: Councilman Evans A. Fletcher. On motion of Councilman Armstrong, seconded by Councilman McNulty, correction was ordered made in minutes of previous meeting as follows: On page 4, 11th line from bottom, amount should be '1704.04 instead of $973.00. Apnlica.tion for dance -permit rias received from Yvonne Schlichtman for Wednes- day nights. October 3rd and 10th until 12 P.A4. fee having been paid. Councilman Britschgi moved, seconded by O.ouncilma.n McNulty that *permit be gr,pnted, subject to usual conditions. Motion passed, Councilman Armstrong votingin the negetive. Annlication for dance oermit was received from Court Madrone, $158, F.- of A., for two Saturdey nights, October Sth and 13th, until 12 P.H. Benefit dance.
