<br />AUTHORIZING DEEDS FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO PURCHASERS OF PROPERTY
<br />AT DELINQUENT TAX GALES MADE BY COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR
<br />WHEREAS, RALPH C. Mac ARTHUR, as Tax Collector of San Mateo County, State
<br />e" of California, he.s heretofore sold the parcels of real property hereinafter
<br />described, to the -persons whose names are set onnosite each parcel, and the
<br />City of Redwood City has received, as its pro rata of the sales prioe of
<br />such parcels, the amount set opposite each such parebl in satisfaction of
<br />this City's liens for taxes and assessments thereon, and has canceled all
<br />taxes and assessments under the Improvement Act of 1915 against said
<br />property to and including June 30th, 1945, with the approval of this City
<br />Council.
<br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, that said
<br />Council, in consideration of the receipt by said City of such amounts, as
<br />aforesaid, does hereby authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from
<br />said City to the resneotive purchasers of such parcels of real property
<br />of all interest of said City therein except any claim or lien under the
<br />ImnrovPment Act of 1911, and directs the Mayor and the City Clerk to
<br />execute such deeds for and on behalf of said City.
<br />The property referred to is situated in the City of Redwood City,
<br />State of California, and particularly described as follows:

<br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on
<br />the 1st day of October, 1945, by the,foll.Qwing vote:

<br />On motion of Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Mo Nulty, and unanimously
<br />carried on roll. call, resolution authorizing deed from the City of Redwood
<br />City to San Mateo County Title Company, of property deeded to the City of
<br />Redwood City for delinquent taxes was adopted.
<br />AUTHORIZING A DEED FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO SAN MATEO COUNTY
<br />TITLE COMPANY OF PROPERTY DEED TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR f
<br />DELIQUENT TAXES, ETC.
<br />WHEREAS the City of Redwood City has a title to the real property
<br />hereinafter described by a deed from NEELE L. MIRA''.!ONTES as•Oity Collector,
<br />of San Mateo County for delinquent tc_xes, and this City Council has
<br />agreed to permit a redemption of soid real property from said City of
<br />Redi,,!ood City for an aggregate sum of T710 THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS,
<br />which agreement is embodied in a judgement or decree of the Superior
<br />Court of the State of California in and for the County of San Mateo in
<br />an action by said City of Redwood City versus All Persons etc. No. 30834;
<br />RESOLVED that said City of Redwood City convey to San Mateo County"
<br />Title Company all interest of said City therein except any claim or lien
<br />under the Improvement Act of 1911, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk
<br />of'this'City be and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said
<br />corporation for and on behalf of said City; the property herein referred
<br />to iF situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, and is particularly described as follows:
