119 <br />• AUTHORIZING DEEDS FROM THE CITY OF RED'OOD CITY TO PURCHASERS <br />OF PROPERTY AT DELINQUENT TAX SALES MADE BY COUNTY TAN COLLECTOR <br />G'9 <br />MEREAS, R4LaH C. MacARTuUR, as Tax Collector of Sp -a Mateo County, <br />�i State of Californi,;, heretofore sold the 7rcels of real property herein- <br />after described, to the persons whose names are set opposite each parcel, <br />and the City of Redwood City has received, as its pro rata of the sales <br />price of such parcels, the amount set opposite each such parcel in satis- <br />faction of this City's liens for taxes and assessments thereon, and has <br />canceled alltaxes and all assessments under the Improvement Act of 1915, <br />' against said property to and includir.M Jure 30th, 1945, with the approval <br />of tiii^ City Council, ;cithout ocncellation, however, of any assessments <br />under the Improvement Act of 1911, <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, that said <br />Council, in consideration of the receipt by said City of such amounts, as <br />aforesaid, does hereby authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from <br />s, -id City to the resrective purchasers from s -id County Tax Collector of <br />such prcels of real property of all interest of said City therein except <br />' ^ny claim or lien under the Improve*gent Act of 1911, and directs the Mayor <br />and the City Clerk to execute such deeds for and on behalf of said City. <br />The property referred to is situated in the City of Redwood City, <br />State of California, and ;particularly described as follows: <br />Pronerty Purchaser Pro Rata Received <br />I' <br />by Redwood City <br />Lot 22 in Block 19 The Doxsee Company $ 664.06 <br />Eagle Hill Addition <br />Lot 12 in Block 5 Jordan & Olga Zollies as <br />New High School Acres joint tenants 439.74 <br />Lot 25 in Block 2 Ralph & ??cry Metzler as 211.95 <br />Jefferson Ave. Addition jo-.nt tenants <br />Lot 1 in Block 12 John J. Mackenhausen, Jr. 615.56 <br />Sweeny Addition <br />Lot 4 in Block 11 Luke & Victoria, Magnaldi as 389.55 <br />i <br />Sweeney Addition joint tenants <br />Lot 3 in Block 11 F.J. & Alice H. Hunt as 394.85 <br />Sweeney Addition joint tenants <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the <br />!
