r MODIFICATIOY OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES OF ENGINEER FOR SE17AGE DESPOSAL AND TREkTI!ENT PLANT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that a f, modificrtion of the contract of March 5, 1945, for the services of G. Frost, a licensed Encrinaer of said city, be and the same is } hereby authorized and approved to *provide thnt.said Enmineer shall render a.11 services in 'the prep -ration of the oomplete plans and Foecifications for the sewage treatment and disposal plant and intercepting sewers up to the execution of a contract fox the con- struction of such project and that his compensation for such ser- vices be fixed at three (3%) per cent of the contract price there- for, all in accordance with a ...ritten contract approved by this Council; that said contract be executed by the mayor and City Clerk on behalf of this City. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of October, 1945, by the following vot e: AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- going resolution: Councilmen: Anderson, Armstrong, Bxitschgi, Fletcher, Granger, McNulty and Mayor Hilton.
