<br />GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEX"_TION OF "EATON AVENUE VILLAS'I
<br />TO THE CITY OF REMMOD CITY.
<br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of that certain Act of the Legis-
<br />lature of the Stnte of California entitled "An act to Provide for the
<br />Alteration of the Boundaries of Incoruornted Towns and Cities by the
<br />Annexntion of uninhabited Territory Thereto and for the Incorporation
<br />of such Annexed Territory in and as a Part of such Municior^lity, and
<br />for the Districting, Government ,:nd Dlunicirinl Control of such Annexed
<br />Territory" approved May 29, 1939, and found in the Statutes of 1939 at
<br />page 1567, there wns, on the 1st day of October, 1945, filed rith the
<br />Council of the City of Redwood City, a petition in .rritina, requesting
<br />that the hereinafter described territory be ;,nnexed to, incorporated
<br />in and made ^ part of the City of Redwood City; and
<br />ItMEREAS the exterior boundaries of s^id territory described in
<br />said petition --and rhich territory is cop_tiguous to the limits of the
<br />City of �edrood City is described as follows, to -wit:

<br />line of Eaton Avenue, thence along s^id line of Eaton Avenue
