RES 0LUTI ON No. 239 AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF GENERAL RESERVE ACCOUNT TO GENERAL FUND TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP SAME ON A CASH BASIS. RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to transfer the General Reserve Account to General Fund Cash Account for the purpose of keeping said fund, as nearly as possible, on a cash basis, as provided for in Section 61 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. Be it further resolved that the sun so transferred be returned to the General Reserve Account as Soon as eRch is available immediately after November first, the commencing date for collection of taxes, and in no event later than the end of the present fiscal year.
