Victor L. Kandle, a resident of this city who entered into the service of his country, who made the supreme sacrifice in the defense thereof and. in the preservation of'ou.r national principles. r Be it further resolved that the Clerk of the Council forward to the family of the late Victor L. Kandle a copy of the resolution, and that the same be recorded in the official minutes of the meeting of the City Council.
