He advised <br />that a disabled veteran of wars not including World War 11 who is physically <br />unable to earn a livelihood by manual labor and is a voter of the State is <br />entitled to peddle or distribute merchandise without any license fee but that <br />he shall be issued a free license. Councilman Granger expressed the opinion <br />that it should be established that the veteran is disabled before granting <br />a free license. It was decided that the City Attorney would draft a suitable <br />application for such purposes. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Council <br />.man McNulty, that the City Attorney draft the necessary application which <br />the applicant must complete before the free license is granted.
