HILTON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City �I <br />DEED1 <br />°r <br />For valued received <br />CARLO DE PETRIS and DELFINA DE PETRIS, his wife, of the <br />County of the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />GRANT TO <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, <br />all their right, title and interest in all that real property situated <br />in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />That portion of Lots 1 and 2 and-, the southerly portion of Lot 3 <br />in Block 1 of Range B, as shown on a map entitled: "Town.of Mezesville", <br />which was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at <br />page 79, now known as Wharf Street, and particularly described as <br />follows:, <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Broadway, distant!, <br />thereon 247 feet westerly from the westerly line of Main Street; thence <br />westerly along said line of Broadway 26 feet to the southerly prolon- <br />gation of the easterly line of land described in grant of easement <br />recorded July 1, 1938 in Book 793 of Official Records at page 376; <br />thence at a right angle northerly 110 feet; thence at a right angle <br />easterly 26 feet; thence at a right angle southerly 110 feet to the <br />said line of Broadway and the point of beginning. <br />WITNESS our hands this 17th day of April, 1946. <br />CARLO DE PETRIS <br />DELFINA DE PETRIS <br />Councilman McNulty offered adoption of resolution authorizing deed to Caroline <br />Andrini to Lot 7, Block 10, Sweeny Addition, seconded by Councilman Armstrong <br />On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Councilman Britschgi <br />voting in the negative. <br />RES OLUT I ON No. 318 <br />AUTHORIZING DEED FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO CAROLINE ANDRINI��.` <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City has heretofore <br />given public notice soliciting bids for the real property hereinafter described, <br />for the time and in the manner required by the Charter of this City and has <br />heretofore appointed an appraiser to appraise the fair market value of said <br />property and CAROLINE ANDRINI submitted a written bid or offer to purchase <br />said property for One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00), and said bid <br />was the highest and best bid received for said property and is not less <br />than 90 per cent of the appraised value thereof as appraised by said appraiser <br />and is found to be reasonable market value of said property at this time; <br />RESOLVED that the City of Redwood City sell and convey to CAROLINE <br />ANDRINI, by a deed, the real property hereinabove referred to, situated in <br />the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California and par- <br />ticularly described as follows: <br />Lot 7 in Block 10 as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of Sweeney's <br />Addition Redwood City San Mateo County California" filed in the office <br />of the Oounty Recorder, said County and State on November 2, 1876 in <br />Book "C" of Maps at page 68,t <br />
