RES OLUT I ON No. 318 AUTHORIZING DEED FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO CAROLINE ANDRINI��.` WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City has heretofore given public notice soliciting bids for the real property hereinafter described, for the time and in the manner required by the Charter of this City and has heretofore appointed an appraiser to appraise the fair market value of said property and CAROLINE ANDRINI submitted a written bid or offer to purchase said property for One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00), and said bid was the highest and best bid received for said property and is not less than 90 per cent of the appraised value thereof as appraised by said appraiser and is found to be reasonable market value of said property at this time; RESOLVED that the City of Redwood City sell and convey to CAROLINE ANDRINI, by a deed, the real property hereinabove referred to, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California and par- ticularly described as follows: Lot 7 in Block 10 as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of Sweeney's Addition Redwood City San Mateo County California" filed in the office of the Oounty Recorder, said County and State on November 2, 1876 in Book "C" of Maps at page 68,t
