HILTON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Councilman Armstrong offered adoption of resolution vacating easement in Woodside <br />Acres No. 2, seconded by Councilman Britschgi, On roll call, resolution was <br />.� <br />unanimously adopted. <br />i <br />RES OL UT I ON No. 322 <br />i. <br />VACATING EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES SHOWN ON MAP OF WOODSIDE ACRES <br />' <br />SUBDIVISION No. 2. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by Ordinance No. 521, <br />i' <br />adopted on the 4th day June, 1945, declared its intention to vacate and close <br />all public streets and highways shown on a map entitled "Woodside Acres Sub- <br />! <br />division No. 2, San Mateo County, Cal.", which map was filed in the Office of <br />the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on May 6, 1927 <br />in Book 15 of Maps at Pages 67 to 74, and certain easements for public utili- <br />ties were designated on said map, and no public utility has taken advantage <br />of the offer of any of such easements, and the vacation and abondonment of <br />said easements were inadvettently omitted from the Ordinance hereinabove re- <br />ferred to vacating streets and roads shown on said map; <br />.. <br />RESOLVED that all easements for public utilities shown on said map of <br />,C. <br />said tract be and they are hereby vacated and abandoned. <br />345 <br />
