City Attorney McCarthy: Mr. Stein, may I ask you in your part of this report, were you present with Mr. Ryan and Mr. Duncan when this inspection was made on June 1? Health Inspector Stein: I was. City Attorney McCarthy: The part of the report that pertains to the health de- partment is: 'One room in barn, formerly used for living, has wash basin drain to ground.11 Health Inspector Stein: That's right. City Attorney McC4rthy: "Barn situated at property line and 40 feet from new houses in new subdivision. S foot high board fence in badly delapidated condition.
